When I contacted Faber Castell, they went above and beyond with their prompt replacement and generous inclusion of extras for my son, the intended recipient of these gorgeous pencils. The colrs are vibrant, the triangular shape pleasing to hold for toddlers and adults alike, and the animals on each pencil are adorable. The pencil quality is superb; very easy to draw with.
