The solar panels in the front create energy to power the Twiller baby and make it move back and forth "fluttering". The set comes with a planter - part compacted dirt disk and part food. You put the seeds in the top and it sprouts Alyssum flowers. Very little care is needed for the plant part.
In all, the movement of the twillerbaby is cute and the 'garden' part is well thought out for younger kids. They can enjoy watching the planter sprout ts real plants. But that's about all they can do with it - it really does have no play value at all while you wait for plants to grow.
