This size can only have the juice type meals and not the other baby alive food formula as that is for the "larger doll". This was not known until the other products were purchased as it was a recommended item for this baby. The outside box does not mention this fact also, so beware for this size of baby alive doll only buy the juice formula. Also when using the formula the baby must be held semi upright to avoid the leakage of the juice behind the head/neck area.
