(More customer reviews)the photos do not show all the great details on this doll her bobbed hair has a sophistication many dolls in the same line have lacked. the jewelry is marvelous and not a repeat of the same jewelry they give us in the past,as it is fabulous white glass that both pays tribute to 60;s fashions and yet is very modern . this dress does not photograph well, you need to see it in real life so you can see the contrast between the lace and the fabric. the lace is bigger and bolder than the lace on the original Plantation Belle outfit, thus updating Barbie for the current era.
