They are soft and have a sweet scent that is not overpowering. They have held up better than similar dolls over 3 years of hard play. They have survived dunking in juice, milk spills, spaghetti sauce, mud, being slightly run over by a car, and tug of wars between children. They've even been drug around by their hair. They're in pretty good shape and clean up well (Hand wash in baby wash, squeeze dry, then air dry). They're durable, toddler friendly dolls. Just make sure you get one for each girl!
