(More customer reviews)Cyclotron was a character created especially for the 80's toyline "Super Powers." While the character's origin story is kind of goofy, the original designers at Kenner did not drop the ball when it came to designing the figure. Cyclotron's design was excellent and many fans of the original line of action figures considered Cyclotron to be one of the stand outs in the line. This brings us to the update of this figure in the DC Universe Classics line. This new figure is an excellent revision of the original Cyclotron and whereas the original had limited articulation because of his pop-off robot head and chest piece, this version has the pop-off action divided into two pieces: the chest and the head. This means that the figure can turn its head and that the owner of the figure can pop off one part at a time (if wanted). I have to give this figure five stars simply because it is a beautiful, well-crafted update of a character that few people may know about, but that will no doubt stoke the imagination of a new generation of toy and Superhero fans.
