(More customer reviews)We ordered two of the dolls and within the next day I recieved a call to inform me that one of the dolls was missing her slippers and because of that they would refund the money for that doll and ship both dolls to us for free!! I felt they went above and beyond in satisfying their customer and I would buy from them again anytime!
