(More customer reviews)Grandpa bought this for our then 2 year-old after our daughter loved it at a play center. Nearly a year later, it still sees love fairly frequently. If you have a child who's not ready for a "real" dollhouse (a million pieces sccattered about...) then this is something to consider. The main door to the "living room" does pop off occasionally and could potentially get lost, but it's super-easy to po it right back on again. Otherwise, none of the parts actually can be removed from the main housing to get lost/thrown/choked-upon/etc. The noises are not too loud or annoying. It's easily portable-a toddler can carry this fine. I often find a small doll or other object "visiting" inside this little play place. Battery life seems good as well-haven't had to change them since we got it. I wouldn't consider this toy educational, per-se, but for make-believe fun it's been pretty good.
