The instructions were easy to read and the assembly even easier, although I do recommend paying attention to the label specified connectors. The fabric is wipe up or even machine washable if necessary, and it is very easy to store (whether in the corner or dismantled). The age range says this toy is for 3 to 5 years but my 2 year old is already almost too big for it so be aware that all of the children in the photos are on their knees. Desite this she still loves to charge me 20,000 doll hairs for a piece of gum though :)
