(More customer reviews)I was disappointed by this toy. My daughter likes it well enough, but it really doesn't fly far at all. About 6 feet indoors if you're lucky, and maybe 15 feet outdoors if you throw it REALLY hard. I thought it would at least do some reasonable gliding (for outdoors).
Indoors, its OK that it doesn't go very far, since you don't want it breaking things in the house. It also has a rather hefty counterweight at the top of the flyer, which means it lands on things with a hard SMAK.
I figured if Polly NEEDED a flying action toy, it would glide nicely. I think a parachute would be more fun for Polly to have, if she has to have one.
