I won't forget my mom's stories about standing in LONG CRAZY lines in order to grab a cabbage patch kid. She said you'd grab a number, and when your number was called you'd get your doll...and you didn't get to pick the doll out either. In fact, you were lucky to get one. It seems like these new dolls are coming back into style. If you are looking to get a nice present for your child...I would say get a cabbage patch kid. I got one this year for an early x-mas gift, and I felt exactly how I felt back in the day as a child. Extremely excited!!!!!!!!!! They even smell like clean babies. They also have on diapers!!! They are very durable dolls!!!!!!!!!!
