(More customer reviews)My 10 year old discovered these microbes at a natural history museum gift store and purchased the giant flu bug. She absolutely loves it, as do her friends! They are cute and gross and provide a fun way to teach kids about science. She has moved on to researching more information about microbes on her own.
Now she has asked for, and is getting, the petri-dish flu bugs and the Gigantic flu bug for her 11th birthday so she can have the "family". She is *very* excited to get them - even more so than for the Wii game she asked for!
