(More customer reviews)Time and time again I go to the strong man and the strong man delivers. Case in point - Thursday, 9 a.m. I'm walking to the bakery while talking on my cell phone. Bruce Springsteen is playing in a passing car. I think on it. Transients beckon aimlessly about. Fear and hate enter. A calculus professors wonders what is in the fundamentals.
Everything is abstract.
Everything but strong man.
Why?
Because the strongman delivers.
No. Seriously. Okay, I got this for a girl that was breaking up with me in some sort of extended fashion. She had just returned to college after a bit of an absence and was taking three classes while still putting in a full time day job. We talked after not having talked for a while and she was a bit stressed out by it all. I sent her this with a note saying to 'finish strong'.
She thanked me for it about six months later. I don't know whether it was delivered on time or if the context of the whole thing was lost on her.
Yes. I'm strange.
