Pros:
No fake leaves or anything for them to get frustrated with
Adorable construction and toy people
Cool accessories, including the pulley
Stable base
Cons:
Although the base is stable, the rest of the treehouse is not. I am going to have to hot glue gun some pieces on because it is too frustrating for any child to play with. The little fences that the swing and rope ladder hang from fall out CONSTANTLY.You can't swing the people on them without them falling out. The tent is supposed to be held up by the tension of four elastic cords, but it really doesn't work well at all.Overall, I usually LOVE plan toys, which is why I chose this one out of all the other ones. I like it, my son really loves it, but it needs some work.

This fanciful Tree House has 3 levels on its trunk of curved plywood. The top level has a canvas canopy covering a living area with a table and chairs. There is a working pulley and pallet to hoist objects to the upper levels. The tree house set includes a table, 2 chairs, a bucket, a rope ladder, a swing, and 2 figures.

The Tree house gives children a fun look at what it would be like to live in an outdoor home. They can imagine themselves camping or exploring the wilderness.
Children can learn how the pulley works to help lift heavy loads with less effort.
Children will have fun role playing and telling stories about the Tree House and the action figures. They can enjoy designing and decorating their Tree House with extra accessories such as the Patio Furniture (7316), Pets and Accessories (7314), or the Vegetable Garden (9844).
Children can play with others helping to learn how to share, wait for their turn, and enjoy creating their own imaginative stories.
