(More customer reviews)As first time parents, we were not aware of the wonders of "the pacifier". After getting the soothie brand at the hospital, we decided to stick with those. Unfortunately though, the pacifier would constantly fall out of our baby's mouth, and as a new parent, there are a lot of things that one needs to do without sitting there replacing the pacifier every two minutes. Here is where the Wubbanub comes in...Since the doll holds the pacifier and it rests on the baby's chest, there is no more need to keep on putting the pacifier in the baby's mouth. The only con is that the pacifier cannot be removed from the doll, so it makes it difficult to get it as clean as I would like, but besides that, we love it and bought a few different kinds!Update: We bought the princess and the doggy wubbanub. By far, we like the princess one more. Our daughter LOVES to now hold onto the silky part of the princess's dress. Also, it stays on her chest much better than the doggy one. The doggy one tends to slide off and then the pacifier falls out of her mouth. Just an FYI!
