The hair is made of soft but pretty cheap fabric and if there were white eye-shines on the eyes, it'd be cuter, but I really love the product because the outfit is accurate and adorable and it is very soft. As long as it's taken good care of, the product should last. If a part is falling off use super glue or sew it back. Simple as that. :)
