She is super adorable, only, her second outfit looks really cheap. Most of my family said that Cloe is damn UGLY because of her big head. I have to admit it, her eyes made me want to slap her.! Very LURING! The star brush is soooooooooooo amazing (don't know how to spell). She is Nolee's friend.
