A small down side is the little Wubbzy that comes along with it doesn't do anything. Another down side is that this seller (MegaStarent) jacked up the price to a very unreasonable amount. We got ours at Big Lots for only $10. And it works perfect. Product is great but Beware of sellers like MegaStarent.
