(More customer reviews)The doll arrived late, when I opened the box there was a layer of dust all over the box. After cleaning the box off I noticed hair all in the inside. It looked like my bathroom after my husband shaves. After looking very carefully It looked like someone cut her bangs in the box, she also seems to have an eye that doesn't want to open. I'm not sure what happened to the poor doll. I would of sent her back in a heart beat if she wasn't so cute and my daughter fell in love with her. I'm thinking she had been on a shelf for a long time and not shipped well. Sold by and shipped by Amazon.
