(More customer reviews)My 14-month-old son just received this rocker as a gift. He has tried to use it two times. Both times the rocker has rolled all the way forward causing my son to hit his face on the floor. When the rocker is just sitting, it leans forward. It seems the snail is not positioned correctly on the rocker "legs". Also, the rocker does not have footrests as indicated in the picture. Hoping to return this to the seller for a full refund or exchange. Will let you know how that goes.
