(More customer reviews)There are many choices for a kid's dollhouse out there. This one is the best in my humble opinion because it allows so much room for personalizing. The hard work is done for you. You don't have to built it from scratch. The dollhouse is real wood, not MDF. However, you do have the option of wallpapering, painting etc or leaving it natural. Guidecraft offers furniture separately but I do not recommend the furniture for this dollhouse. The furniture is too plain and modern for a nice Victorian style house. You should try to find Victorian style furniture for it. So far we have left ours natural. As my girls get older (like 8 or 9), I plan on letting them decorate it! It will surely last!
