Now for the bad: Before I say this, please keep in mind I love Amazon, and I find them incredibly good to deal with whenever I have issues -- they resolved this one almost immediately for me. BUT: have a camera ready if you order this item, just in case!
My first shipment came with the item taped to the bottom of the box (no padding placed underneath it). There was absolutely no way to remove it without tearing the graphics on the box off. If you're getting it as a toy, this might not matter. If you're getting it to collect, it's pretty bad to have half of the front of your box ripped off!
Again, Amazon replaced the item almost immediately and apologized, but I am incredibly glad I checked the condition of the item immediately!
