The seller offered to refund my money, but I refused. The doll was received within days of purchase, and I would recommend buying from the seller; I feel Dana's Dolls is trustworthy and reliable.

(More customer reviews)My daughter got this doll for her birthday. She is a very pretty doll. I like how easy it is to switch her skirt to a cape and back, and her crown to a mask and back. However, I am very disappointed in the sword that she comes with. It is very thin, flimsy plastic and broke within minutes of being played with. My daughter is pretty upset about the broken sword but otherwise is very happy with this doll.
