(More customer reviews)This is an awesome figure! Fabric cape and good detail and size. A couple of small complaints, though. First, the wings on his helmet are going in the wrong direction; they don't flare ou to the sides. Second, on the back, they don't list all of his powers, such as energy projection, weather control, nor that he's immortal, like they did with the smaller Hercules figure. Still far better than the DC figures that have almost no articulation and have hard plastic capes. THOSE are cheesy. These are better than those Toy Biz pieces of [...] that were all the same size (despite the fact that Thor's much, much bigger than most characters) and the Hasbro figures don't look doll-like. Massively cool, if a little imperfect.

Diamond Select Toys Marvel Select: Thor Action Figure Review

(More customer reviews)i have to agree 100% with Elliot: this is far & away the best Thor action figure i have ever seen.
a lot of this has to do with that fact that the look is based upon the Olivier Coipel design, which i will admit i love, but it's really more about out-and-out quality, and this fellow's got that in spades.
quite a looker if left free of action upon your favorite bookshelf (like mine), but also tough (and just plain cool) enough to hold his own in a Legends vs. Selects brawl (like my buddy's, as his kids LOVE to play this game about twice an hour). : )
while the Select sculpt size is a wee bit bigger than the Legends scale, with Thor (much like the Hulk), dude, the difference actually makes the figure all the better. (i placed him alongside my Legends Avengers figures and the look is killer, man!)
in conclusion, this figure recently bumped Legends Colossus from my overall no. 1 spot, man, and that alone says it all, man!
a hall-of-famer, man.

Disney Marvel Universe Thor Action Figure -- 4'' H Review

(More customer reviews)My kids collect these Marvel Universe action figures, and I use to read the comic books when I was a kid. So, when I saw this figure for the first time I had to come and write a review about it here on Amazon because it is a really nice action figure. First of all, Thor is true to size relative to the rest of the characters; he's bigger and taller (kind of like the Hulk figure). Also, the detail is the best that I have seen so far. He looks really good. I felt bad when my boys started pounding him against another figure LOL. Anyway, this is an exceptional looking toy and I would recommend it to any parent or collector.
