(More customer reviews)Similar to what others have said, this is a very pretty wooden furniture set that matches perfectly with the Melissa and Doug Wooden Castle; however, I would agree with the other reviews that the furniture is not a great fit. The castle really isn't meant to have a lot of furniture so the number of pieces is great. The furniture pieces are just not sized correctly to fit the little figurines that would typically be played with in the castle. I bought my daughter the Voila Medieval Royal Family Set and she already had the Melissa and Doug version and neither set fit in the chairs or in the bathtub, without cramming them in. They don't sit well on the table/bench either and usually fall over. My daughter recently received a set of the Barbie Kelly Bunch Kids for her birthday and surprisingly, they are a better fit for the furniture than either of the Medieval families that she has. However, despite the problems I see with the furniture, my daughter still enjoys playing with it.
