Not much different from any other regular Barbie but the thought is what counted as it is a Birthday Barbie and if someone likes Barbie it is worth it. I didn't get any complaints. My Granddaughter loved it!

It's Your Birthday! Barbie doll is the perfect gift for a special person. Barbie doll wears a trendy denim-like skirt that has a pink ruffle, a pink ribbon bow belt and a pink print top plus accessories.
