(More customer reviews)This is a great first wooden train set, and I think the most verstaile from Plan Toys. The crane is a really fun feature, more active than just a train station, and more educational. You can make both a bridge and a tunnel, not all sets allow you to do this.
And its a good price, too. We added a few add-ons to make it perfect for our daughter (she loves the crossing expansion and school busses).

This PlanCity Road & Rail covers a transportation theme. Children can imitate the transfer of containers with the Tower Crane. Mini station, train, cargo truck, figures, traffic signs, and trees are included in the set for realistic play. This set contains 48 pieces.
