I wanted her to have a good quality farm/barn that would last many years and did quite a bit of online research before selecting this one. My husband set it up this afternoon and we are extremely pleased. It was easy to put together (wood product with screws) and seems very well made. The wood panels are heavy and durable enough but light enough for my daughter to manipulate. I'm not sure what could go wrong - perhaps the paint on the panels might wear over time. Perfect for pretend farm play. I selected it over other more expensive barns-only as I liked the variation of structures - tall chicken barn, pig pen, horse area, etc. We use Schleich farmers and farm animals.
