(More customer reviews)This is the best Captain Hook Doll. My daughter lives for Captain Hook and I just happened to find this doll 2 years ago. He traveled everywhere with her and one day he was dropped and we went back 2 minutes later and he was taken! We had to look all over for a replacement and I only found 1. Now this Hook has been around for 18 months and after many washes and travels he is now showing how much he is loved. I think I'm going to purchase another because he truly is a great doll and will be well loved by all.

I was looking all over for a house of sorts for my 3 1/2 year old grandson because he loved playing with a set of 25 year old Little People that his mother had . This is the first thing he heads to when he comes over. He plays for hours with it. He rings the doorbell and says "hi honey, I'm home!!" and a long building block up against the house for the dog and people to "climb" up onto the roof and sit. Best thing I ever bought for him.

Disney Fairies - Tinker Bell - Fawn's Rescue Pet Care Playset Review

(More customer reviews)We got this for our twin daughters when they were about 3 (they are now a about 3.25 years old), we had a lot of Tinkerbell stuff, this kind of went into the pot with it all. One of our girls is what we call "micro" player, she collects lots of tiny items and puts them in things and carries them around, that sort of thing. Both girls love bugs and frogs. So this set hit the spot for those reasons. This is also the only available 3.5 inch Fawn doll that I know of. The rack with the blue beds for the bugs was sort of lost on the girls, they couldn't get the blue things in their hangers. They loved covering the bugs up with the tiny leave provided as blankets, the fun with this set is all about the bugs/bird/frog. The Fawn doll in this set also has the same kind of wings as the Flitterific ones, so if you have a Flitterific wand it will work with these dolls. The wings, though, is why I only gave it a 4 on durability, they have a tendency to break/rip near the joint. We bought a Magic Arrival Playset on clearance just to get the 5 extra pairs of wings it came with for replacing wings that get destroyed, sometimes I have cut a transparency and had the girls color it to make new wings as wings get wrecked. Anwyay, fully recommend, if choosing between this and the other sets, it is tied with the Tinkerbell one and the Silvermist one comes in last in terms of which one the girls liked playing with best.

But when it arrived at the door, the price $19 was printed on the packaging. The vendor has basically doubled the price! At time of writing this review, the product (originally $19, printed as part of the packaging, not a sticker on it) is listed as $35 from amazon, with 16 more available as "new" for closer to $20. I don't know how they get away with this, but watch out for the price. The toy is fun and cute for a little girl, but it's an inexpensive toy and should be sold inexpensively.

(More customer reviews)I worked in a toy store over the holidays and fell in love with this Playmobil Victorian Dollhouse. That toy store offers free assembly, and I got to do lots of assembling, so trust me when I tell you two things: 1)Although the assembly is not difficult, it is involved, and it will take you 5 hours if you are doing it alone, so budget enough time for that, and 2)Glue the large roof pieces together. This will increase the storage space that the disassembled dollhouse will require in several years when your children are through with it, but it will make it much, much sturdier. The roof is the only thing that isn't incredibly sturdy, and it's fine with a touch of glue.
The detail on this house is amazing. The windows all open. The flowerboxes and garden urns have flowers with individual stems and heads, so your child can design and redesign the flower arrangements. Doors swing open on hinges. Flooring appears to have tiles or floorboards. And the staircases can either be installed or not, depending on whether your child would prefer more room or a more realistic house.
There is a companion item that you can buy that will add another floor to the bottom of the house, making it a three-floor house all together. Also, there are many sets of furniture available--all of which have all the details that matter to kids: the drawers open, the doors open, there is cutlery to go in the kitchen drawers, etc..
We have friends whose daughters have this house. They love it and have played with it for hours on end. Their older girl only stopped playing with it when she was about 12 years old! All in all, this is a wonderful, fanciful product that will be passed down from child to child for sure.

The shoes are small and most have been lost, but what I really liked is the clothes are easier to get on than many of the other dolls like this such a Polly Pockets. The shirts and skirts are detached and the back of the shirt is completely open for easy dressing. Also, the skirts are fabric and not rubber making them a little easier to dress. My daughter is willing to play by herself or loves to have a friend over to play with her.

It is a cute accessory to the Rose Petal Cottage Nursery Furniture, but not a whole lot is included. The baby is probably the best item in the box and it is very small. We actually tossed the flimsy picture frame and birth certificate as soon as we opened items.
