I am 13 and I display my figures, but also play with them and put them in action setups.But for christmas I got a 30 dollar gift card and decided to spend it on this gift set after much thinking.I opened it to find 5 very nice,detailed,great likeness, and very fun figures!I already had a Frodo with lightup sting,but I did not have any of the other hobbits,which I really needed. Frodo is one of the best versions of Frodo I have seen. Great likeness, very good outfit, and very poseable. Sam is pretty much the same. Again a great outfit, amazing likeness, and poseable. Merry and Pippen are my favorite out of this set. They have very nice likeness and are the most fun to play with, I dont know why, but I just prefer them. Now onto Bilbo. Bilbo was one of my least favorite characters in the trilogy. I really loved him in the hobbit, but didn't care for him in these movies. But this is a very good figure. Like others have said, it's not the same bilbo in ROTK, He looks much younger and happier here. Poseable and good likeness. The journal is pretty useless, but good for display. The outer of it has a nice slick feel, with BB and an evenstar on the front. Inside it has the words from the movie and some maps. Very detailed. Overall very nice figures. I was hesitant,but love it now!Thanks for reading my review!
