(More customer reviews)I ordered this doll for my daughter's sixth birthday gift. I was not pleased when we unpackaged Sophina, and her hair was really messy--we had to spray it w/ detangler and brush it, but the frizz never came out. My daughter has a lot of fun changing the heads, putting the color on the hair, and brushing and styling it, too. The "braider" is a bit difficult for her to use, but w/ a little help from me (after reading the instructions), she can braid the hair. The accessories are very tiny, and the pins don't hold too well, and the earrings are hard to insert because of the small size.
Though I'm not really thrilled w/ the hair quality and use of the doll, my daughter is having a blast playing with her. If she's happy with it, so am I. When rating this, her happiness with it outweighed my dissatisfaction. We'll probably go ahead and get all of the Moxie Girlz as we go along.
