(More customer reviews)We use these for little houses for our wooden people, or reverse stacking to build a tall "house". They are well built and vibrant. We did, however, decide to coat them in a bees wax polish because they have a bit of a dry feeling to them since they are unfinished and are dyed instead of painted. Over all, we are happy with them. :)

Our lovely alder nesting house provides wonderful pretend play opportunities for children. Made in Germany and gently dyed with non-toxic rainbow colors, each house can be used as a bridge, tunnel, fence, or cave for little gnomes or fairies. It can be stacked or nested together as a puzzle. This is an heirloom piece that will be cherished. Measures 5.25" x 5.1" x 2.5".
