(More customer reviews)We use these for little houses for our wooden people, or reverse stacking to build a tall "house". They are well built and vibrant. We did, however, decide to coat them in a bees wax polish because they have a bit of a dry feeling to them since they are unfinished and are dyed instead of painted. Over all, we are happy with them. :)

Our lovely alder nesting house provides wonderful pretend play opportunities for children. Made in Germany and gently dyed with non-toxic rainbow colors, each house can be used as a bridge, tunnel, fence, or cave for little gnomes or fairies. (More customer reviews)This doll 'Jake' Camden Doll - Natural Waldorf Doll is a work of art. He is soft but feels substantial because he's filled with wool. I love that he comes with overalls and a shirt (100% cotton) that he can learn to take on and off. Jake's expensive, and I tried to find a sale but Camden Rose products never go on sale...but this was the best deal I was able to find on a Waldorf doll, which I really wanted. I feel really good about supporting Camden Rose and the cooperative of Peruvian women who made this doll, and I feel great about giving my son a gorgeous doll made of totally natural, non-toxic materials. I can't wait for him to find it under the Christmas tree. He'll be 16 months when he gets this doll.

The first time my 1 year old laid eyes on him, I knew they would be good pals. He absolutely adores this doll.

(More customer reviews)My 8mo loves this. It is great for him to chew on, snuggle up to, wave around, and throw. I don't mind it when he waves it around while in my lap, unlike so many "teethers." The dye from the thread eyes ran a little during the first wash. This didn't detract from the simple appeal of it. The face just looks slightly smudged. I expect that normal wear and washings will take care of this.
