(More customer reviews)Like the Limited Edition Emerald, the Sunshine or Sun Set Emerald has a pretty, almost un-made-up face. Her straight black hair feels smooth. She has a substantial build and a nice weight. Like the other Mixis dolls, she looks healthy. When she is posed to sit, her legs spread, but she has molded on, flesh colored underpants. The difference is that this Emerald has arms that can bend at the elbows.
Emerald wears a rose-on-cream floral mini dress and pink "leather" espadrilles, and she carries a pink nylon, zippered handbag.
Like the other Mixis dolls, Emerald comes in a keepsake package -- a sturdy box that can be kept to store the doll and her accessories. NOT a single staple or plastic tag binds her to the box. No human fingers or other body parts were harmed when she was removed from her box.
This Emerald is my second Emerald so I might allow myself to repaint her face. My doll collection is better by the addition of the Mixis dolls.
