(More customer reviews)My 4-year-old daughter received this for Christmas. She loved it - she had been asking for it for about 2 months. It broke after one week. It wouldn't sing or dance, even after installing fresh batteries. We had a gift receipt, so we took it back to Toys R Us & exchanged it. The second one broke after only a few days. My daughter is not unusally rough with it, so there isn't anything we're doing to make it break. I e-mailed Disney to just see if there were any known issues with this product, like defects, etc. Their response was that they couldn't help me in any way because it was purchased from a 3rd party. I went back to Toys R Us again to exchange it for the second time and believe it or not, it broke in the car on the drive home. I even tried to change the batteries & reset it by turning it off & on again, but nothing worked. I cannot believe how poorly this toy is manufactured. I have never been so dissatisfied with a toy.
