(More customer reviews)This was a Christmas gift for my 3-year old granddaughter and she loves it! Fun features, like the talking doorbell and the fold-up feature, but you really need the furnishings and "extras". The house is reasonably priced, as is the talking van, which I'm ordering next. The furniture is really cute and fun to arrange, but ridiculously priced! I'm not paying over $300 for "accessories", so shop around. I got 5 rooms of furniture, plus the pet set for $55.
