Bubbly and happy Cheer Bear is th eunofficial learder of the Care Bears. She's quick with a nice remark, helpful and always willing to go out on a limb to protect her friends. Her name and rainbow belly badge say it best; she's full of good, colorful cheer and knows just how to use it.

As a child, I really liked the Care Bears because each bear had unique looks and personalities. Amazon is selling this bear at $19.99, which is about the same price as Walmart is selling it. Plus, at this moment, Amazon will ship this bear for free, with a purchase of over $25.00. Any child who grew up during the 80s will find this bear is well designed and might make the perfect bear for their own child(ren).

(More customer reviews)Do not buy this for $30 some odd bucks! You can get it just about anywhere for $9.99. My daughter loves the care bears. We have about 5 or 6 of these stuffed toys and they provide her with plenty of entertainment. She also enjoys playing the games on the computer. You cannot play them on a Mac.

(More customer reviews)While I am pleased that I was able to find and purchase a Care Bear product, I could not tell by the picture value that the bear is not actually furry like other plushies. It is a smooth fabric in some sort of paisley pattern, so it looks a little goofy. I guess that's where the 'special edition' comes in. Super-fast shipping though; and the gift recipient of this product enjoyed it despite my surprise at its exterior.
