(More customer reviews)This was the last outfit of the Princess Diana dress collection that I needed to finish out my collection. I was very happy to get it through Amazon.com and the vendor that had it was great! They kept me informed through the whole shipping process and followed up with how happy I was with it.
I know it's just a doll dress but I bought my other Diana clothes through Franklin Mint and stopped because they had their customer service dept in India and it was hard to understand them when I called in to get help and was glad to just order this outfit here in the USA!
I would order thru this vendor again.

(More customer reviews)I was so thrilled to get this Princess Diana doll! I have waited 14 years (since her death) to be able to afford buying this doll. The doll is very tall and the outfit is true to the "Elvis" dress she wore. Beautiful details - beautiful doll!
I received the doll in a doll case that was broken during shipping and I am working with the seller to get it replaced. Robin has been wonderful during this whole buying adventure! She emailed me step by step with what she was doing and when I told her about the case she was very upset. I was just glad that the doll wasn't harmed but she went back to UPS and fought for the cost of the case which most sellers wouldn't have bothered with. I would buy from her again and recommend using her to anyone!
