Earl is as fun as they come! The perfect toy for your newborn, Earl has many exciting developmental features to offer, while still maintaining his cute, lovable image. The colorful beak is irresistible to little hands for grabbing and his wings are made from brightly colored fabrics. Attached teething rings provide different texture for baby to chew. Earl's belly has a squeaker and his body is made of soft filling with reinforced bean bags to allow him to sit up as well. The long, multi-colored legs are perfect to grab onto and Earl's feet have a knobbed texture on one and the other crinkles. A bright red tail also reinforces his charm with a crinkle sound to draw attention.

(More customer reviews)This teether is magic! So many of my mommy books said that babies need something soft to use as a teether. That couldn't be father from the truth. They need something hard. After a friend recommended Palumba I bought one of their teethers from their website. When I gave it to my daughter she was holding it and looking at it with intense eyes. And then she put it in her mouth and it was like a soothing wind caught her breath and made everything roses. Pure magic!
Suggestion: Put a little water on it and put it in the fridge for a while.
Also, it is hand made in the USA, NOT CHINA - thank god!

(More customer reviews)My 8mo loves this. It is great for him to chew on, snuggle up to, wave around, and throw. I don't mind it when he waves it around while in my lap, unlike so many "teethers." The dye from the thread eyes ran a little during the first wash. This didn't detract from the simple appeal of it. The face just looks slightly smudged. I expect that normal wear and washings will take care of this.
