Star Wars Deluxe Vehicle - Y - Wing Review

(More customer reviews)Yes it is very big, but that is the point. Hasbro has had trouble in the past making scale vehicles to figures. Not in this case, I believe that it is one of its selling points. Finally Hasbro has started to make scale vehicles!
Pros:
To scale (finally)!
Cockpit seats two figures.
R2 Unit slot has a secure brace to hold it in.
Big, bright and beautiful.
Cons:
Front cannons can bend very easily.
Has a weird "opening" in the middle of the ship that in my opinion doesn't need to be there.
- In this opening, there are a set of missile launches that pop up and reveal the inside of the ship. (I imagine they are not there)
Landing gear had a tendency to collapse if not on a completely hard surface due to the weight of the ship.
Overall this is a great ship for collectors, but children may have a hard time maintaining it due to its weight and the type of plastic its made of. If you are a collector, add this ship to your fleet, you will not regret it.

Measuring approximately 3 3/4" tall, Vintage 2010 Series 01: Hoth Leia is presented in original style packaging, features multiple points of articulation, and is accompanied by character-specific accessories and a nameplate display base. Clad in her white and cream-colored Hoth fatigues, Leia is equipped with a small blaster pistol. Following the Battle of Yavin, Leia served as one of the commanders of the Rebel Alliance's Echo Base on Hoth. She attempted to convince Han Solo to remain with the Alliance. When the Imperials attacked Hoth, Leia helped to coordinate the evacuation of the installation, although a collapsed corridor prevented her from reaching her own escape vessel, and Leia was instead routed to the Millennium Falcon; in the course of outmaneuvering the Imperials, she and the rest of the crew of the Falcon ultimately sought refuge in the Cloud City.

Star Wars The Original Trilogy Collection: Luke Skywalker Review

(More customer reviews)With the looong release of the "Star Wars" trilogy on DVD, Hasbro decided to celebrate with a retro-trilogy toy line release that includes deluxe 3.75" figures as well as three deluxe 12" figures. The first in this line is Luke Skywalker from the original "Star Wars".
Luke is packaged in the original window style flap box and comes in a protective black box with a see-thru front and the new "Star Wars Original Trilogy" logo sticker on the bottom front of the box.
Luke is wearing his original white Tatooine tunic with his tan pants and boots and carries his dad's blue lightsabre and grappling hook, to help Princess Leia out of a rough spot.
The outfit is made of cloth and I wondered why Hasbro gave Luke the grappling hook this time around. Since there are only three other figures in this set & one of them isn't Princess Leia, I can only assume its for nostalgia reasons. The other high point to the figure is that his arm and leg joints are bendable and aren't like the original stiff moving figures. I recommend getting the entire set.
The "Star Wars Original Trilogy" figure sets are the more attractive "Star Wars" sets released by Hasbro in quite some time.
If your a die-hard "Star Wars" fan don't let these figures get past you.
