The dolls are lovely reproductions of the vintage dolls, though the original titian-haird 1964 Swirl Ponytail Barbie doll was not available with the bubble-gum pink lip and nail color. Coral lips and nails would have been more accurate. But it's a lovely doll nonetheless, and the Skipper doll is adorable. I hope Mattel creates more repro Skipper dolls, as well as Skooter and Ricky. This set comes with a cardboard backdrop that is based on Barbie's New Restyled Dream House, and it's a wonderful bonus. I have several of my vintage repro dolls displayed in front of it. Great set, definitely worth the price.
