i think I saw it on Ebay for good few hundreds less. Not that it is not worth every dollar ever printed because it is a real gemm
but still It is worth to check other options to save a bit.
I would recommend it as a gift for any collector and an older child. I am very pleased with it. VERY!

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Cottage Play Set Review

(More customer reviews)The box arrived as expected in a timely manner. I was very pleased that it was double boxed so it did not revealed contents of the inside. It was BIG. I mena really really really BIG. I would say the size of the box was about.. hmm.. the size of the Microwave oven? the largest one you can imagine..
It was very impressive. Excitement had no end when we took the Cottage finally out of it and set it up on the table. It came pretty much fully assambled. Tney let you have fun with setting up few accessories here and there.. like adding a shutters to the windows or assambling the pump or hanging the pot by the fireplace.. things like that. All accessories came in sealed bags inside. Sheer amount of them is owerwhelming. Countless little dishes, of course you get 7 of everything.. seven big plates, small plates, bowls, spoons, forks.... the list goes on and on.. flowers come with a flower vase!
and a roller pin for the dough!! of course bear mugs..
not to forget the broom for the Snow White just like in the movie.. candelabra with candles.. and a lantern!
and even a pie! oh, did I forget about soup turrain. and a water pitcher!
a wheel barrel.. and a veawed basket.. charming just so charming those little things just make you go
"aaaaah" "ooooooh".. they are so darn cute.
You get your furniture with it as well, that was perfect, I would not know where to buy it if it would not come with it as the cottage is a cottage and it must have it's specific character furniture or it would not be a cottage. So they took care of it. Disney did superb job in doing just that.. making super cute replicas of all furniture as in the movie and they just make the cottage so beautiful.
The dishes fit perfectly in the cubopards top parts and bottom.. and the drawers.
If this was not enough they added fabulous clock with the cuckoo with movable arm.. and of course the musical organ as you saw in the movie when Snow Whtie is dancing with the Dwarfs, it is such a charming scene.. this piece is making it all happening all over again.
Basically this is what this whole Toy does is, it brings the charm of the film into your home. Once it is fully set up and you add a kid or kids to it you can't help but marvel how great buy it is, the best money ever spent on toy. It is pure clean family fun and it is just so uplifting to see how girls or even boys get captivated by the magic of the movie and charm of this toy.
The children bring to life the characters from the movie and act out the scenes from the movie adding oftentimes their own lines and their own ideas of what should happen and changing things as they like.
It is brilliant that the set comes with everything you need since this makes it such a perfect and dream come true set.
It is very unique toy and there is no other quite like it and I don't suppose that previous generations could enjoy the magic of Snow White with any toy more then our children can with this one.
I only wish we could get an extra sets of dolls as I wish to keep this set as our family keepsake for our grand kids and so it stays in the family and it would be great to have perfect clean and new set of dolls for the grand kids but they are so hard to come buy if ever and even if so they are so expensive.
Very good toy and I highly recommend it. We are all very happy with it and all our house guests love this set just the same.

Fairytale Princess - 5 Doll Set Review

Although these are not official Disney dolls, they all look very much like the Disney characters except the mermaid, which, if supposed to be the Little Mermaid, is much too "grown up" and has blonde hair instead of red. These will not be collectible, but I purchased them for my granddaughter to play with everyday. They are very well made and have nice costumes, and you can get these five for the price of one official Disney Cinderella doll. They actually look a lot like Barbie dolls.

(More customer reviews)Becuase I always liked Nintendo systems and games. They have a very good reputation when it comes to quality. The GameCube system is cheaper, smaller, and cooler looking than the other systems, yet it's still as powerful when it comes to hardware and graphics. The controller is the best ever created as far as i know (a million times better than the Xbox controller). The exclusive Nintendo games are numerous and they all look awesome (trust me i've surfed the web for many hours). There are great ones out now like: Super Smash Brothers Melee, Pikmin, Star Wars: Rogue Leader, Super Monkey Ball, NBA Courtside, etc. A few to look out for in the future: Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime, Star Fox: Dinosaur Planet, Legend of Zelda, Eternal Darkness: Sanitys Requiem, Animal Forest+, Soccer Slam, Bomberman Generations, Banjo-Kazooie 3, Kameo: Elements of Power , Perfect Dark 2, Mario Kart, all the past Resident Evil games (completely re-done with unbelievable new graphics) and the future Resident Evil games. And those were all exclusive to Nintendo's GameCube, they won't be coming out for ANY other system. Plus there's even major third-party support (Square is even back!), and the new triforce arcade board (Sega, Namco, and Nintendo made it) which is based on the GCN hardware, this guarantees many excellent arcade games will be easily ported to the Cube. These were the main reasons i choose the GameCube over the other systems, not to mention the fact that it's... cheaper.

This GameCube starter kit comes with one indigo GameCube, two indigo controllers, and one memory card Though it looks like a toy, don't be fooled: the Nintendo GameCube is a powerful video game console that rightly deserves its place among the other next-generation game systems. In fact, here's a roll call of characters and series you won't find on the other consoles: Mario, Legend of Zelda, Perfect Dark, Metroid, Kirby, and, of course, Pokémon. A few names that the GameCube will share with the other guys: Madden, Tony Hawk, Sonic, Batman, and Star Wars.
The system also comes with four built-in controller ports, so you can easily plug in extra controllers and let friends join in for the multiplayer games. It even has a built-in handle so you can easily move it to a friend's house. It comes with two memory card slots for saving your progress through games, and there's the capacity for future expansion into the world of online gaming.

I don't want to repeat myself and write the same thing over and over again, the thing is that I own all three dolls that have been issued so far and I wanted to share with you what I fell about them, since I wrote extensive review on Rapunzel doll that encompass the other dolls as well I just will post it here too
so you can benefit from my experiences and thoughts if you will find worthy..

This doll was briefly at the Disney Store's display for pre-sale and I just could not take my eyes of her. I have pre ordered one for my daughter and one as an ivestment as I follow the prices of the thre other dolls in the collection that I got for my child and it is simply jaw dropping experience. The Snow White Limited Edition doll was sold for 99.00 USD and now, bearly a year later it sells for 1500 to 3000 USD depending on the market place. It is just unbelievable how crazy popular this series is.
Untill I saw the first doll in person I could only marvel over the beutiful pictures but when I got our first doll via mail and opened it it was just pure magic.
Each and every doll is just plain gorgeous. The level of details is undescribable. There are nice dolls out there, there are really nice dolls out there and there is this collection that is just beyond and above them all.
First of all the doll is very big. The size allows the eye to get a full grasp of all fine details as it is just perfectly sized as opposed to small collectible dolls. It sands at it's impressive 17 inches =43.18 cm!!!! tall. It is hard to imagagine that 17" might make such a perfect scale for the doll but to give you an idea, it is just a mere inch shorter then full size large doll like American Girl or Disney Princess and Me doll.. it is one inch taller then Disney Toddler Princess dolls.. it is HUUUUUGE.
When you get your doll and you finally get the box to open you can't help but marvel how big is the box and you wonder if it is really as big as the doll or did it come in some oversized box.
The case is most likely that it is the size of the doll more less.. as it takes to be only slightly smaller then the display box it comes in. The box is just as perfect. With amazing clear windows on all sidzes except the back it can be displayed just in the box as it came and makes for
fabulous display. Considring the porportion at this size, perfect princess shape it is just perfect!
I can't imagine more ideal beauty image of the princess.
Each princess has it's own character and each doll conveys it beautifully in amazing details. The dresses are dreamy.. beyond dreamy..
The dolls come with cerficiate of authenticity and individual number as the whole 5000 of them has the individual number from one to 5000, the number can't be revealed untill you open the doll and check the cerficate that is sealed in the box under the doll so don't panic, if you get the doll and nothing is in the box.. like I did.. I thought that the certificat will come in some
sort of separate envelope included in the box.. no the certificate is sealed IN the DOLL box,
there is sort of like double floor situation. The doll is in a box and the box has a double floor and in that tinny space there is flat booklet of a sort and this is the cerfificate. It is sealed in the box with the doll.
I look at our three dolls that we have so far: Snow White, Belle and Tiana and i would have a problem to say which one is more beautiful as they represent the same perfection and classic beauty, of coruse it is a matter of personal taste but as far as the craftsmanship and design they are just equally superb therefore I am sure they will be soon selling at the same level as each doll was released only in such a small amount of 5000 of them WORLDWIDE!!!
I know.. it is really just few.. just take 50 states.. and you got only 100 happy girls who own any of those dolls per state?... and if it was even that.. becaucse this release was good for
all continents so we got probably only like 1/4 at the very BEST! so that would make 25 dolls per state! of course it is not a matter of geography.. it is just rounding up and averaging.. as I know my geography ha ha ha..
and now I know quite few people who bought this doll to take aborad and either give it as a gift or sell as in UK it sells for 3000 BP and this is beyond wild dream..
That leaves even less in US.. and not to count all those who I saw sold on ebay to other countries.. that leaves even less..
So I would gestimate that there might be more less some 500 dolls in the USA alone rather then the whole 5000 they were released at and that is probably the reason they are so expensive and so popular. They are beyond unique.
I keep looking at this Rapuznel doll's picture and can't help but feel sorry that the picture has no capacity of reflect full beauty and detail of it. When I stood in front of it at the store I was just so ready to take it home, unfortuantley they would not sell the display model for pre sale..
It is just amazing, the details of the face, the details of the finishes of the leaces..
the fabrics.. oh..
As a amateur doll collector I saw so many gorgeous dolls but again, nothing like it.
The dolls from this series are just beoyond any others and I know it is perfect investment.
It is enough to check Ebay and see how the Snow White is doing , the first from the collection and one can be sure that this is a good buy.

So I splurged and got it for her fourth birthday and she is completely in love with him! He's terribly cute and seems VERY well made, which is a good thing because she's been sleeping with him every night and taking him with her everywhere. Totally worth it!

It goes along with the Mattel Dora Links Doll, and unlocks some additional play within the Explorer Girls world (a puzzle game). BUT, it is *widely* available at big-box mass-merchandisers for 65% less!
If/when Amazon begins to carry this one directly (not through the resellers, who set their own pricing) it will likely become reasonably priced. At the time of this review it is ONLY available through resellers who are hoping to make almost 3x profit off of those who don't know any better. If I've saved one person from that, the review will be more than worth the time!
