(More customer reviews)First of all, this toy is an excellent reproduction of the bad guys from the original Gumby show.However, the material used on the heads of the blockheads is not very soft and the edges actually cut my 6 year old's cheek.
It has just enough edge that if you are swinging it around in the air or throw it, it can cut your skin.
It's basically the only option if you want to buy the blockheads, but they should make it out of softer material or slightly round off the edges on the heads.

Schleich Smurfs Large House Review

(More customer reviews)Contrary to the other review here, I thought this toy was a great buy. I got it for my 2 year old son with a bunch of Smurf figures, and though he doesn't even know who "the Smurfs" are, he was INSTANTLY enamored of the whole set-up. All the pieces come apart, so this is not for 2 year olds who still like to shove things in their mouths (mine does not).
My son enjoys taking the house apart and helping to put it back together, which is no doubt related to his 2-year-old obsession with puzzles and blocks. The thing is also totally indestructible. I did not find any problem with closing the doors or windows, as the last reviewer did. I bought it three or four months ago and my son still plays with it of his own accord at least a few times a week. And likes to take his Smurfs and Gargamel to bed with him. I DO recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)I got this set for my 47th birthday after telling my 12 year old that I always wanted a Gumby and Pokey when I was little. She surprised me and I was quite pleased with it. I don't remember all the other charactrers that came with the set from my childhood but I do remember Gumby and Pokey. The figures are not as gummy as I remember. I don't think there's as much rubber or smushy plastic in them as there used to be and I miss that feeling as they were easier to pose with the old material. I was dissappointed with that but as I'm really not going to "play" with them it won't really matter. I porbably would've handled them more if they were more gummy and softer rubber...

(More customer reviews)Very cute little purse. It's for my 4 yr old future step-daughter who has really gotten hooked on the Pink Panther cartoons. She loves to tote her smaller toys around places with her and this is perfect for that. It's larger than I'd thought. And the tiny Pink Panther is a cute addition. We haven't been able to test the durability of it yet but I think it'll hold up fine.
