(More customer reviews)My 4 yr old likes her alot. I've had to thread the hair back through a few times as it gets pulled out of her "bobby pin". Her non-removable hat is uncomfortable to sleep on, and the clothes available for 15" Madeline don't fit, but she's very cute and fun.

(More customer reviews)I received a Madeline doll so many year ago that I don't know exactly how old I was. But it was this exact package and it was probably around 1995 or 1996. I loved this doll so much and enjoyed making outfits and accessories for her. Over the years, I've gotten rid of many toys, but never Madeline. If you can get your hands on this doll, don't let it sit on a shelf please! Let a child play with it and have countless happy memories!

(More customer reviews)Turn off the television, give away the Barbies and read the Madeline stories together. Then present your child with this Madeline doll or one of her friends, and watch the imagination roll in wholesome play. This little doll delights all my girls between the ages of one and six (although we did not give the shoes, socks or gloves to the littlest). They take her and her friends in the bathtub, out in the sandbox, everywhere! She holds up nicely and washes easily, and her hair, although it isn't quite as nice and neat as it used to be, is fun to comb and restyle. The smallest fingers will need help dressing Madeline and her friends, and little shoes are easily lost, but, with a little organization and some initial assistance, your three-year-old and above should catch on in no time! This is an ideal toy if you wish to avoid giving your child overly-developed Barbies or other toys that do nothing to stimulate wholesome play. Better yet, it may also instill in her a stronger interest in the Madeline books and consequently a lifetime love of reading. As a homeschool family of four young girls, we love Madeline and her values!

Kids Preferred Madeline Poseable Madeline Doll Playset Review

(More customer reviews)My child asked for 2 Madeline dolls for Christmas. I got her the large plush doll and tried to find a smaller one.
I wanted one that would fit in a doll house.
I tried fighting for them on ebay but never ended up winning one. My last attempt was to make one but without a small enough pattern, and a 5 month old it was near impossible.
I am happy to have found this Madeline doll along with Nicole. They are sweet and have wonderful details. Madeline has a scare, the clothes have little buttons and the tiny little cloth shoes are adorable.
If I were to change anything about the doll it would be the hat. It's made of felt and not firm but it does go along with the large rag doll hats.
The face is simple but the hands and feet are too detailed and look out of place (the feet have ankles and toes).
I really hope Pepito and Miss. Clavel come out soon.
