Harumika Mannequin Lucia Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this extra mannequin for my granddaughter to add to her original Harumika set. The original set only had a dress form (no limbs or head) and I thought she would enjoy seeing her creations on a full doll model. She and her friends spend many hours creating fashions. They photograph their creations and make catalogs of them.
A very creative toy that uses a youngster's imagination rather than batteries!

Barbie iDesign Ultimate Stylist Cards and CD-ROM Review

(More customer reviews)My 3 (almost 4) year old is obsessed with Barbie. When we bought one of the movies there was a few of these cards in the DVD as a promotional gimmick. It worked. She loved the idea that she could design and dress up Barbie without having to struggle with getting actual arms and legs into small clothes. I managed to snag one on Amazon (keep searching, they become available, I promise!) for the great price and waited to give it to her until Valentine's day.
She loves it. We had fun organizing them into the carrying case and getting it all set up. Then we moved to the computer and got the program working. I thought she would have a problem sliding the cards through the scanner but she doesn't! She's learned how to do it well and has spent over an hour each day so far dressing up Barbie and showing off her clothing. She has even fiddled around with the "magazine cover" part and has asked to print out a copy of the cover to color (a very nice feature - it turns any Barbie outfit into a coloring page!)
I am extremely happy with this toy and want to let everyone know that even my almost 4 year old can play it and enjoy it, along with her mother!! Great toy Barbie designers - I am very, very impressed.

Project Runway Fashion Design and Illustration Studio Set Review

(More customer reviews)This was a gift that was opened on Christmas morning and because I had only seen pictures
of it and not the physical set I was uncertain how good it was, but my 12 year old is very happy
with it. She spent hours over the Christmas school break designing and illustrating all kinds of
costumes from runway models, to cool band outfits and red carpet events. We also bought a
Vanity Fair book on fashion and I think between the two items she has been drawn into the world
of fashion which is a new and not so surprising interest for her age group. I would add to this set
the option to buy additional design drawing books, she has drawn so much she will run out of them
very quickly. The set was very age appropriate and I was very happy about that. Thanks for a great product

Harumika Mannequin Review

(More customer reviews)My daughter asks for very little and it is hard to know what to buy for special occasions. She say the adds for this and it was the only thing she asked for. I was putting a lot of hope in it being a fun. We also got some of the older Harumika bodice only mannequins and extra fabric as this does not come with much. She has really enjoyed playing with this. It is a fun idea and easy to do. My daughter just turned 9 years old. The only gripe is that the hair does not stay on easily. It is always falling off and this is annoying.

She, her sister (and even her brother) played with this set for about 2 1/2 hours straight trying to design the best outfit for their "2010 Fashion Runway debut." It was very fascinating to watch them play. Just in case anyone wants to know what ages, the kids are between 9-13.

(More customer reviews)This is a very cute 'doll house' for creative kids and families. You do have to make the dolls, which is a family exercise. The 'house' IS cardboard - as mentioned very blatantly in the description - but it is ALOT CUTER than you can see/read from the description. I bought this is as a gift fro a 4 year old. Its recommended for 8+ - because of the making of the dolls. But with some help it can be done. I wanted a fairy/doll house- but you cannot find one for a reasonable price. I think this was the best compromise... being the price is low, the trade off is its not gonna last generations... but I was OK with that.

Everything was about dogs, so it fits perfectly with the decoration and cake! The girls had so much fun making a Fashion dog show!!!. Besides they learn how make clothes with fabric and associate that with the real lives! At the end each girl took her little fella at home and now 5 weeks later, they are still talking about them at school! So I highly recommend the product and amazon for being so good retail!

Everything is included, and each girl (and her parts) are individually bagged, which is good, because you can just make 1 at each sitting. She likes looking at them, and sort of plays with them.
