Marvel Legends Sentinel Series Figure: Black Panther Review

(More customer reviews)I love this figure. I got the Wonder-Man, which is basically just a head swap from this body, but much prefer my Black Panther. Why, you ask? Better motion in the articulation (no defects, perfect tightness), i like the purplish black paint job, i love the sculpt details (claws on fingers, "talons," on boots, face mask pull around nose.) He poses well, the cape is a great touch, and the included extra, the Sentinel part, is my favorite BAF yet, so no complaints there either. BP represents, y'all.

(even though they're recommended for 18mos and up-my 3yr old is a bit young for their construction even) Nice with the extended family to teach about grandparents. A little pricey (I paid 16.00) but I'd probably buy them again they're so cute.

However this doll came in an envelope that was so tight it crushed the box. For a collector, a crushed box is not good. The packaging should be changed.

(More customer reviews)My daughters, ages 6 and 9, LOVE this doll. I also really enjoyed the books that came with the doll. The stories are well-written and explain the doll's accessories, as they pertain to that era in our history. my only gripe would be the doll's hair. As an African-American, I don't know anyone with hair that unmanageable and it also shed-- A LOT. Other than our troubles with Addy's hair, I would HIGHLY recommend this doll and the books that tell her story.

It is just her size, she has the ability to carry it around and love on it with out it being a hazard because larger dolls get in her way. The shoes stay on without problem as does the tiara and dress, yet still easy enough that with supervision she can un/re-dress(dress and shoes only) her doll without help.

Her tight little curls look just like my daughter's hair. I am so happy that I purchased this version, versus the one with the blue dress. She is really, really beautiful!
