(More customer reviews)My 11 year old daughter received Mia (the American Girl doll of the year for 2008) from her Grandma for Christmas. Since the doll is now retired and they have a new 2009 doll of the year all of Mia's accessories are VERY hard to find and when you do, they are VERY expensive. Mia and her accessories are now collector's items. The skates are ADORABLE! They were hard for my daughter to put them on, but not hard for me. The little mp3 player is cute, but only plays a high pitched tune. The headphones are actually pretty neat...they feel like real headphones. Everything fits nicely in the bag, so it can all be kept together. I wouldn't pay the inflated "collector's price" for these things, but am very glad we got everything before the prices went through the roof! I would suggest another American Girl doll if you are looking for your daughter. I doubt a child would understand everything you have to go through and pay to get your hands on these.

Our outfit actually came with black Ugg-like boots instead of high-tops shown (didn't purchase from this seller, got at toy store). I am really impressed with the quality of the MA clothes. Well-made, good quality fabric, and the leggings are lined with a nude nylon fabric, so that it is EASY for little girls to dress their own dolls! Slips on and off. What a great eye for detail! The dress the doll came with is also lined, so I'm assuming that's a perk to buying MA doll clothes. There are 6 pieces to this outfit, so it's easy to mix and match with other doll clothes to create lots of different outfits. Fun!

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my niece for her American Girl Doll and it fit perfectly. I don't live near them so couldn't see the product itself but was told it was fantastic and seems like it will last a long while. Also heard that as soon as it was opened my niece dressed her doll in it so she could be pretty for the holidays. It was delivered on time and wasn't to expensive.
Only downside was I couldn't find black dress shoes and white stockings/tights from the same store to go with the dress. However, in the end this wasn't an issue and it was perfect just as it came. :)
Really the perfect gift for the holidays!

(More customer reviews)The Raspberry Coat with Matching Outfit from New England Doll Close is beautifully made. The clothes and shoes fit my daughter's AG doll perfectly. My only complaint would be the fabric used to make the tights. It's a shiny nylon/polyester type of fabric with no give, making it very difficult to slip on over the doll's legs. I would like to see the tights be made of knit or anything a bit more stretchy. Even so, I would recommend this outfit and will buy from this maker again. Quality product.

Spring Chic Doll Outfit ~ Jeans and Blouse Fits 18" American Girl Dolls Review

(More customer reviews)Very cute product. Fits well and looks soooo much nicer then your average '3rd party' American Girl clothing dealers. However, the top is closer to a yellowish color. Pic makes it look Ecru or off-white. It's really not. Also... the jeans are very easy to slide on to an American Girl doll, however the top takes a bit more doing. If you are used to the offical AG doll clothes, you will know that they are normally outfit with a strip of velcro in the back that, of course, opens and closes. This outfit is NOT like that. So you do need a bit more patience. I suggest putting both of the dolls arms up in the air and dressing it as if you would a toddler.... thou it will still be a bit snug while you are putting it on. Once it is on it fits perfectly. (P.S. This looks adorable on Marisol!)
