I am looking for a job teaching Spanish at the moment and I thought it would be a great way to introduce culture to my students. The toy is very well made and durable. It's also a pretty good size compared to what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be very small but it was medium sized and had great detail. The stitching is very well done and all the parts of the toy fit together great.
It's a great toy ! Go buy it !

(More customer reviews)Frankly, I don't get it, but there it is. My 11-year old daughter LOVES her pink, Uglydog (named "Spike"). She sleeps with it, is mindful of it when "including" her favorites on activities, sleepovers, etc. I admit, the Uglydog is very durable and well-made. Like so many other simple things, it has captured the attention of my kid and her friends, and is the new phenom in the pre-teen crowd.

Uglydog likes to help. He helps Jeero operate the rope tow and helps Ox help himself to different types mof snack food. Uglydog is the ultimate pet too. He won't fetch the paper for you, but he'll make your day feel like a front page story| Uglydog doesn't really like to sit or fetch or roll over and all that stuff. What he really likes to do is stand on his tail and live out his big dream...to be just like you.

Bop N' Beep love to do everything together.Be it an argument over snacks, which movie to see, or what color race car not to drive, they always see things quite differently from one another.Bop gets along really well with Ox (they see things X to X) while Beep happens to think Wedgehead really knows his stuff. Move his arm to rotate his eye and hear him say 8 different amusing phrases like "What are you lookin' at two eyes???" and "Eye, eye captain!".
A cool toy for any bedroom or office, suitable for kids, teens.... AND adults!
Just looking at him makes you smile.

Ugly Dolls' designs are fun, idiosyncratic and inspire the imagination. Each doll suggests a certain creature, but is nondescript enough to be whatever the child imagines. And here's a toy that seems to delight a wide variety of ages among both genders; we know of preschoolers as well as young teens who have and love Ugly Dolls. A great plus: They clean up nicely with a machine wash and dry.

(More customer reviews)Abima is one of my favorite Uglydolls. His hands are wonderful. You can even hold them. He gives perfect hugs with his extra long arms. I've yet to introduce him to anyone, young or old, who did not fall in love with him. That smile never fades, nor does the joy he brings.
We do little plays and shows with our Uglydolls. Abima is a star with those expressive arms to wave around.
We also have the keychain Abima and Little Uglydoll Abima. One is red, one is green. They are also delightful.

Abima is out of control. Hes got his hand in the cookie jar, and his mind on the next adventure, which is probably going to involve bouncing off the walls and knocking over expensive stuff. He only knocks over the expensive stuff. Not to worry though. Abima is very protective and would always watch out for you. Are you scared of the dark? So is Abima. Oh. Anyway, Abima loves to visit his favorite cousin Wage. They look like they could be related, right? Maybe hes your cousin too. 14 inch plush. Ages 2+.

I think the felty looking but very soft to the touch material Uglies are made of is just wonderful, it reminds us of washed fleece perhaps. Our big Uglies serve as comfy pillows as well. And yes, the pink is a heathered pink, but there really is nothing "bleh" about it.

I mean it's hard to write a review for a stuffed animal, but here goes.
The build quality is very impressive on this little guy. Unlike a lot of TY Beanie Babies, King Ghidorah is stuffed nice and plump. This give him alot of rigidity, which makes display easy. He stands on his own and his heads don't fall over.
All the detail work is really nice. The wings are patterned and his eyes have little pupils.
All in all a top notch plush. The only thing that would make it better would be a voice box so I could hear him roar.

(More customer reviews)I truly love this set of stuffed friends. The material Icebat is made from is very soft and not at all ugly, despite the makers' statement that these dolls are made from the "ugliest materials" they could find.
Icebat is fitting in nicely with OX, Cinko, and Uglydog, and with the bat fairies, Brandtii and Oreo, who sometimes visit me. He comes with a small card describing him in detail. (His dossier is very cute.) For those who decide they like these dolls, I recommend a visit to the official Uglydolls website for a peek at their T-shirts and the 7 inch dolls. The smaller versions are different colors than the larger ones.
