Breyer Saddle Club - Prancer Review

They should have made patch , he is one of my fav. horses on the serries!, ok so this model has great markings almost exacally to the real prancer. This is the a good and simple horse, get it before its too late! I dont have belle yet!
ATTENTION: I reccomend not giving breyers to a child 9 and younger> ( I broke one of my models on carpet!) As they are EXTREEMLY easy to break

Folding Wooden Horse Stable by Melissa and Doug Review

(More customer reviews)We purchased this horse stable for our daughter (7 1/2 yrs). She had played with my niece's barn (made by Breyer) and had asked for one for Christmas. The Breyer barn was too expensive so I chose this one. I am glad I did as this seems better designed and constructed. As none of these toys is inexpensive, I was also concerned that this might be too young for her. I am happy to say that this was the star attraction on Christmas morning. She and my son (5 yrs.) have played with it every day since Christmas. It is a great design (they love to open all the doors or let the horses heads peak out) and seems to be very well-made. I do recommend buying extra fencing for the corral (Breyer makes it) as the one that comes with it is a little short. Also, we did buy some of the Breyer horses from Target. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it. We have several products from the Melissa and Doug company and all have been well-designed and of high quality.

Breyer Cochis-Bonanza "Little Joe" Cartwight's Horse Review

(More customer reviews)I got this beautiful paint for my birthday last year, and adore him. I love Bonanza, the cast, and their equines. Cochise is a lovely model, and he can easily stand proudly next to my 'Big Chex To Cash' and still draw eyes his direction. He is stunning in leather tack in a show, or just sitting on a self beside my multitude of other equines. He is a bit stockier than my other models, but I'm sure if played with too roughly he could also be broken.
I love the mold, and the black and white tovero markings just make him that much more... elegant. He captures the essence of Bonanza and 'Little' Joe so easily, and I declared him a must have from the get-go. I'm exceedingly happy with him, although he did not come with a Breyer booklet like it said on the box.

Breyer Carole and Starlight Gift Set Review

(More customer reviews)My daughter loves the Saddle Club and purchased Carole and Stevie and their horses with her b-day money. She already had Lisa (who promptly fell apart out of the box). The horses and tack are the decent quality toys that we had previously purchased from Breyer, but the Saddle Club dolls are complete pieces of junk. First, all of the dolls were made from the same mold--they changed skin tone and hair color, but the faces are the same on every doll. The dolls are so ridiculously flimsy and poorly made that we're just waiting for the next appendage to fall off. Unless you're buying them primarily for the horses, I wouldn't buy these toys.

I recently discovered the "Only Hearts Club" and these wonderful teaching toys -- books, dolls, pets. This horse is soft, all of the legs move like they have 'joints', and the mane is long, soft and they can comb it and dress it up. Used in conjunction with the other Only Hearts Club books and toys, the girls will learn to be considerate of others. I would recommend this toy for any child who likes playing with horses.

My daughter has this doll and also one of the western dolls, and they are her favorite ones to play with on her horses. She has complained that the helmet is kind of hard to put on, but once it is on it is good (she is 6). Really nice doll.

The fences are easy and lightweight to set up, are quite large, and easily fold back together when done.
