(More customer reviews)I got this doll for my one-year-old when she started showing an interest in baby dolls. It is very well made and I can tell it will last a long time. It is not really soft; it feels like it's packed tight with sand. (I'm sure it isn't, but that's what it feels like.) My daughter still snuggles it, though.
The one very minor complaint or warning I would have is that the skirt and shoes are difficult to get onto the doll (even for me), and the shirt and shoes have short strings for tying. No big deal if your child isn't very interested in dressing and undressing it over and over, demanding your help and screaming if you're too busy. ;)
